107 They should initiate processes in their gatherings that give rise to a new kind of leadership: circular, cooperative, sharing, feminine. Then we also need schools that help people to speak publicly again. Peace needs a new economy based on the econo- my of nature. Nature works according to the economy of abundance, not according to the idea of scarcity. We must also recognise the Indigenous economy, the sub- sistence economy. We can no longer sacrifice the econo- my of nature and the subsistence economy to the law of the market. It is important that we share values for this new move- ment. The value I’d like to put forward is that we pro- tect the diversity of our cultures and of nature. Diversity among people creates peace. Diversity in nature creates sustainability. The greatest power of the human being is the awareness and the ability to make conscious deci- sions. We can unfold powers of unlimited creativity for the Earth, for the respect and care of life, for sustainability and coherence with nature. Let us use this power!
